COMPANY INTRODUCTION Wenxian Bolong Mechanical Founding Ltd. founded in 1990, we are dedicated to iron and steel casting as well as precision machining ranging from 10kg to 1000kg.We export products to the United States, Spain, Germany and other countries and regions around the world.
PRODUCTS
Iron Castings - we have coal sand and furan resin sand casting techniques for gray iron and ductile iron products, with annual production capacity of 1000kg. Our professional sand reclamation process makes the final products with a great appearance. Steel Castings - we have sodium silicate-bonded sand and Alkaline Phenolic Resin Self-Hardening Sand for carbon steel, stainless steel, low alloy steel and heat-resisting steel processing, with weight from 50kg to 500kg. Our main products are locomotives and train parts. During production process, we use advanced inspection equipments, to ensure internal quality of the product. EQUIPMENT & FACILITY 1 Cupola, with capacity of 3 tons 2 Electric induction furnaces, each with capacity of 500kg 3 We have over 30 sets of Machining equipment, including vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, numerical control horizontal lathes, engine lathes, milling machines and radial drilling machines. We are capable of satisfying all kinds of machining requirements, and especially good at machining rigid box parts and wallboard parts. 4 Testing and quality control equipmentWe have a physical and chemical testing lab equipped with atomic straight time spectrometer analysis, Mt (magnetic ultrasonic) flaw detection, UT (Ultrasonic) flaw detection, pressure testing, metallographic analysis and mechanical testing equipment to ensure high quality products with perfect mechanical performance as well as precision dimension.
