Aluminate Coupling Agent 1.Product introduction:Aluminate coupling agent is a white block or cylindrical block with a density of 1.035g/cm3. It is dissolved in the alcohol, isopropanol, benzene, toluene, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride. It can easily absorb moisture and decompose into aluminium hydroxide and isopropanol in contact with water. It is a highly efficient and multi-functional auxiliary processing agent with new structure applicable to heat plastic. The product can play the role of delaying fluxing of PVC compound, strengthening the viscosity and elasticity of flux, upgrading the flux strength and improving the die swelling and flux flowing stability. 2.Application features:1. It plays an excellent melting promotion role, can offer excellent even plasticization and high melting fluidity to PVC mixed materials and upgrade the extrusion speed rate. 2. It can improve the flux extension, prevent flux cracking, enjoy excellent breaking and welding performance and unique coupling linkage function.
